Delivery

We send orders via Royal Mail. Standard delivery is around 2-3 days from dispatch, however this isn't always guaranteed due to weekends and bank holidays.

We aim to dispatch our orders as quickly as possible, however as we are a small business and hand make our products please allow 3-5 days for dispatch.

Standard Delivery to the UK - £2.99

We offer free delivery with all orders over £35.

Local Delivery - Prices will show at checkout if available for your address.

Local Delivery is hand delivered between 2-3 days. Please contact us at contact@HappilyEverWaxCo.co.uk or on our social media @HappilyEverWaxCo if you need it by a certain day or time. 

Prices start from free to £2.50 depending on mile radius.

Local Pickup - Free

Local Pickup is usually ready between 1-3 days. You will receive a confirmation text/email when your order is ready for collection with a day and time for you to collect.

Please bring your confirmation text/email when you come to collect your order.

Currently we do not ship outside of the UK.

 

Returns

We hope that you will be extremely happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us at www.HappilyEverWaxCo.co.uk, please return the item to:

Unit 11, Block 11, Clydesmill Grove, Glasgow, G32 8NL

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number and reason for your return.

The product must be returned to us in the same condition it was received and unused. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend that you ship the product via Royal Mail with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once we receive the item and confirm the product meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.
