We hope that you will be extremely happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us at www.HappilyEverWaxCo.co.uk, please return the item to:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number and reason for your return.

The product must be returned to us in the same condition it was received and unused. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend that you ship the product via Royal Mail with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once we receive the item and confirm the product meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.
